Maria Dyslin - Creating and Sustaining Continuous Improvement Efforts in Schools

Coaching Session for Administrators

Looking to collaborate, reflect, and plan for how to further build, advance, or sustain continuous improvement in your school or district? Are you feeling stuck with how to nudge your school/district to the next level? This day will provide an opportunity to reflect on a problem of practice you identify and explore protocols, structures, and planning that will help you move your work forward. Also included in this workshop are ways to leverage your leadership team/guiding coalition to monitor the impact of the continuous improvement efforts and an improved culture in which educators engage in vital and crucial conversations with one another.
