Vendor Information
WASCD has an opportunity for vendors during our Fall Annual Conference. Our WASCD Annual Conference is well attended by Directors of Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Coaches and key Teacher Leaders. Attendees often take time to review materials and chat with our vendors during our breaks and social time. Corporate sponsorships are also available for annual event.
Our Vendor Price include:
logo on our WASCD website for at least 3 months after;
rotating logo on our TV at the registration table during the conference;
logo on tabletop cards;
vendors are eligible for an exhibit at the event;
recognized in a WASCD newsletter;
onetime use of electronic mailing list , upon request, of event attendees.
Vendor Cost for 2023-2024 Annual Conference:
One Day- $750.00 plus registration for those attending the booth (which includes the evening social)
Both Days- $1,000.00 plus registration for those attending the booth (conference concludes around noon)
Corporate Sponsorship
WASCD has various opportunities throughout the year to provide event sponsorship. This includes:
Our Annual Conference Evening Social's Food or Complimentary Bar
Snack Breaks at our Annual Conference
Snack Breaks at Workshops
Program- this option is only for corporations that partner with the program presenter (e.g.- the only company selling their instructional materials, publishing company of the presenter)
All sponsorships include:
logo on our WASCD website for at least 3 months after;
rotating logo on our TV at the registration table during sponsoring event;
announcement of sponsorship at the event;
conference sponsorships have logo on tabletop cards;
program sponsors are eligible for a table top exhibit at the event;
onetime use of electronic mailing list , upon request, of event attendees.
Sponsor Cost for 2023-2024 Events:
Day Workshops- $750.00
Annual Conference- $1,500.00
Snack Breaks- The Venue's Rate charged to WASCD for the break.
Social Sponsor- $1,500.00 to support the food and music for the evening social at our Fall Conference.
Wisconsin ASCD programs and events are sponsorable as determined by the WASCD executive committee.
Initial preference for program and event sponsorship shall go to sponsors of the past WASCD Fall Conference.
Sponsorship of a non-conference event (ex: workshop, speaker, presentation) is limited to one presenting sponsor. WASCD reserves the right to approach a vendor that may be aligned with the workshop/event.
