This engaging workshop is designed for leaders who guide the collaborative work of their colleagues--whether running team meetings, leading project groups, or chairing committees and working groups.
While you'll leave with enhanced facilitation skills and strategies, the deeper work happens internally. This workshop cultivates the mental dispositions and perspectives that form the true foundation of effective facilitation; an internal landscape from which all professional effectiveness flows.
By developing both your facilitation competencies and your facilitator mindset, you'll increase collaboration and productivity within your teams, ultimately serving both organizational goals and individual effectiveness.

Paige Richards is an education consultant, coach, and founder of Build Capacity Consulting. With over 25 years in education, her work focuses on supporting schools and districts to strengthen skills and systems in order to benefit students. She believes students deserve to have a joyful and intellectually engaging school experience, one that builds on each and every student’s strengths.
